I joined Perrys in March 1988 and became a partner in 1989 at the age of 26 taking over as CEO in April 2005 on the retirement of Mike Perry. I have enjoyed playing many sports representing my school at rowing, football, basketball, cricket and rugby moving on to play rugby for Canterbury and Askeans and two representative games for Kent. I remain a member at Canterbury and restrict my involvement now to supporting the local club and following England whenever possible. I now play golf sporadically and enjoy fishing when I can. And much to the amusement of those who know me, I now have one of the best collections of cased fish in the country (which shows no signs of reducing – much to the disappointment of my long suffering wife Marian!).
I have worked for Perrys for nearly 10 years. After graduating from Canterbury Christchurch University with a 2.1 in Business Studies & Marketing, I decided to embark in a career in accountancy and have never looked back!
I first started as a raw junior working in the Wrotham branch and have progressed to my current position as manager of the City office.
I have recently become a proud Dad, with my wife giving birth to our beautiful baby daughter.
I am a very keen sports fan particularly in snooker, pool and football where my loyalties lie with the mighty Spurs F.C.
I actively play in a local 5 a side football team and pool league in my spare time.
I have also taken part in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme achieving Gold award standard. The presentation was held at St James Palace where I got to meet the Duke of Edinburgh himself. This experience was great for the recent 3 Peaks challenge I participated in to raise money for the Perrys charity.
Hi my names Emma, I am an accounts senior at the City branch and I have been here since January 2015. I felt very welcomed by all of the Perry’s staff and the guys at the City branch are great to work with. Outside of work I enjoy socialising, going to the gym and horse riding.
I joined Perrys in June 2014 as a trainee here at City. After studying an Accounting and Finance degree, I decided to venture into the real accounting world. I enjoy the day to day challenges and the team at City are great to work with.
I enjoy playing and watching a range of sports and have supported my beloved Manchester United since I was 6.
I joined Perrys in January 2015 as a Trainee Accountant at the City office. Prior to this I undertook a degree in Business Management at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, Essex. Outside of work I devote most of my time to sport and my family. I play for a local football team in North London. I’m also a keen football fan and support the mighty Spurs.
Suzanne and I make up the secretarial team for Perrys City office. I started at Perrys in 2012 initially on a maternity cover contract but the fools decided to keep me on (I think it was my cakes that sealed the deal- I am a bit of a baking fiend).
When not running around after my son I can be found on the hockey pitch for my local club Burnt Ash (Bexley) HC.
Hi, I’m Suzanne, the very new secretary at the City branch. I’ve only been here a very short time but in that time have felt welcomed by all at Perrys and feel very much part of the team and the guys at City are a great bunch to work with. I’m a mum to two girls, one having recently flown the nest and the other off to uni in September. Outside of work I enjoy running, the Great North Run is on my bucket list, walking my dog Fred and of course spending time with family and friends.
