Preparing formal accounts for the HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House is considered by many to be burdensome, but at Perrys we are as constructive and helpful as possible.
It’s important to obtain accurate figures as early as possible after the business year end. Our consultant will discuss the accounts with you, explaining the significance of the figures and trends. In many instances they will be able to advise on how to improve profitability, either by enhancing gross profit or controlling overheads.
As Registered Auditors, we are regulated to undertake statutory audits of all sizes. In some instances clients ask for audits to be undertaken even when there is no regulatory demand for them. In certain situations there can be advantages in having an independent audit to ensure accuracy and for other specific purposes. In some situations it may be appropriate to separately agree a partial audit in areas considered to be at risk.
