A lead consultant is responsible for each individual client’s affairs. Although every consultant has a full support team, we try to minimise the points of contact with clients so that you consistently deal with the same people and are able to build up a close working relationship with people who are fully informed about your affairs. This way everyone can feel sure that their consultant is intimately in touch with their business. We feel that although auditing, accounting and tax compliance work are essential, they are often looked on as a necessary evil.
Most clients are, understandably, more interested in added value services that reduce their tax bills and improve their profits. Therefore we try to keep a low profile with our accounting and routine tax work – undertaking work quietly, quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss. Our advisory work is another matter though – here it’s important that we are proactive, taking a very involved and visible role in helping our clients make more money.
